How do I film my videos? See below 👇🏼

  • I've been using a Sony A7SIII camera for the past few years. People always say that my videos are top tier when it comes to quality and to be honest this camera has helped me a lot! Sometimes, when I don't want to draw a lot of attention or it's a more extreme adventure, I use a GoPro Hero Black.

My main lens is a Sony FE 16-35 mm f/2.8 GM. This is incredible for travel vlogs but also for filming at home, super wide and great flexibility. Sometimes I also use the Tamron 28-75mm F/2.8 as it's a good alternative (lighter and cheaper)

At night, I use a Sony E-mount FE 24mm F1.4 GM because it performs amazingly with low light environments and it gives me a nice bokeh background.

Finally, when it's too bright, I always use an VND filter to control my exposure and give that little extra cinematic vibe. I've been using for years the PolarPro 82mm Peter McKinnon Variable ND and I'm very happy with it.

  • I've been using also for a few years a Sony XLR-K3M with a Shotgun Mic for every single trip. People often say the audio is incredible.

  • I don't have any camera crew with me, so having a tripod is a must to film myself. The vlog tripod I use is the PGYTECH MANTISPOD as it's really good when I walk the streets and I need portability. When I'm doing a timelapse or I'm at home I use the PeakDesign one because it's slightly bigger and provides more stability. Also very easy to travel with it.

  • If you watched my channel, you'd know that almost in every video I include drone shots. This elevates the quality of any video. So when I travel I need portability but also top tier quality. The one meeting both requirements is the DJI Mini 3 Pro.

  • I must say that I have multiple backpacks for different moments but the one I use almost everyday is the Peak Design Everyday Backpack 30L because it's comfortable, it has a lot of pockets (even for laptop) and it's well prepared to carry gear.
